We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in Zorynex, please email us with details and clear steps to reproduce. We will acknowledge your report, investigate promptly and keep you updated.
- Report privately — do not disclose publicly until resolved.
- Avoid accessing, modifying or deleting other users’ data.
- Do not run automated scans that degrade the Services.
- Give us reasonable time to remediate before disclosure.

How is my data encrypted?
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256, including databases and backups. Secrets are stored in a managed secrets manager with rotation.
Do you support a responsible-disclosure programme?
Yes. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email hello@zorynex.co.in with details and steps to reproduce. We acknowledge reports promptly and ask researchers to avoid accessing or modifying other users' data.
